Pros
great industry, great art department and sales team.
Cons
I took this job excited about the career change. The Truth is the signs were all there. My interview was scheduled at 9 am I arrived early and it lasted 4 hours. The VP of sales (Rose Oldenkamp) had me wait while she cooked breakfast. Note my interview was on a Saturday. I was hired the same day and I agreed to the set Salary. She truly made this seem like a great opportunity, my mistake was not researching this company. First day I began training... A couple hours later this woman come down and begins this meeting with staff. Insulting them, telling them that if they "if you do not have a brain you don't belong in my company" as I said the signs were there from the beginning. She took a huge interest in my personal life and began to insinuate I had a crush on my trainer or vise versa. She made it clear it was her company policy that we do not speak about anything personal and that we were not to have each others contact info. We were not allowed to interact outside of work. Everything related back to her company policy which employees were not allowed to have a copy of the policies or manual. There is so much more this is a very hostile low moral work place. If you are looking for a job I would not recommend this business
