Horrible owner - Anonymous employee Colorado CryoSpa Employee Review

The best part of working at Colorado Cryospa is being able to help people. Watching how cryo helps our clients is so rewarding. We have a great crew right now. There are a lot of bad reviews about Colorado Cryospa and the owner's. As far as I'm concerned the previous employees that are leaving bad reviews are a bunch of millennials with zero work ethic. I wish them all the best... But, I'm very lucky to be surrounded by awesome co-workers, and Management.

None. No insurance, no paid time off and constant schedule changes.

You will be lied to about your pay. There is no clocking in system. The owner won’t pay you and lies to you and his customers. You will have to use your own phone and send texts messages out to people who don’t want them. No breaks. Constantly being harassed by owner.
