-Testing and ADM is worst of all the teams. God should help you if you're a developer or tester and not good at boot licking and head nodding.
-The whole India team including senior management is just a puppet for Belgium.
-India office is operating only because of cheap labour and not because of valued and skillful employees.
-Fake company values hype. No one follows values that are used for publicity. That fake Great Place to Work is hilarious.
-Boot lickers can thrive in Colruyt India, Hyderabad. Do nothing and just lick boots, you can even get awards and promotions etc.
-If you take a stand for something, you'll be pushed out.
-Team managers have so much power, its like a stone in monkey's hand. you need manager approval for literally everything.
-Belgians always see indian co-workers just like labour. There is no difference they show between colruyt India employees and vendors/contract employees from CapG, TCS, UST and ITC
-Managers keep gossiping and chit-chatting at chai counters or cabins or meeting rooms
-I can go on, but in short, if you're above lead level and have a hunger to grow. learn and thrive in your career. Colruyt is definitely a bad choice.
