Unfortunately Colt has changed so much that it’s hard to see the positives. If Colt can turn back in their ways of working pre acquisition, it can turn back into a great company to work for

Unfortunately the acquisition had a big impact on the culture of the business. It’s very strange that a company that buys out another business gets taken over by that business, which has resulted in poor decision making outcomes
