Long list, brace yourselves: -Company is perpetually understaffed causing good employee to burn out and leave -Ratio of product to merchandisers is grossly unbalanced -Morale is perpetually low -An inspiring work culture is non-existent -Non competitive wages: given the perpetual understaffing issues, and amount of product, merchandisers deserve better wages and benefits (if you do a cursory internet search, you'll discover that other companies in the same industry have higher wages) -This position is non-union; only workers at the warehouse and truck drivers are union, merches are not. Be warned.
