      good facilities, convient transportation, close to lots of entertainment and public museums. Also easy access to many of the parks.

      Cons

      limited space, even with the newly built NWC, the real estate really depends on who you are working for

      Pros

      My job with the Columbia Population Research Center is fully remote, which is a great perk. I can also create my own schedule and work any day of the week.

      The pay could be better.
