      Colleagues are kind and hardworking Good PTO package (the gag is trying to use them) Tuition benefit Professional development opportunities

      Low pay for labor demand HUGE pay disparity for similar roles across the University Poor work-life balance - salaried workers are exploited to work more without compensation & some don’t respect out of office/after working hours boundaries Perpetually understaffed Purposefully limited union roles & anti-union sentiment from management

      The work when I had it was amazing, I really appreciated it for what it gave me.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, with the change in management came zero transparency and rules for thee, not for me. It's led to really weird decisions.
