Working with students and planting the seeds of growth is so amazing to me; my coworkers love what they do and that's what makes it work. Now that I feel confident in my position, I can put forth my best work.

There's a lot of changes within the district that can be both frustrating and confusing. When I was first onboarding, I did not receive any sort of training regarding my position and had to figure it out, for the most part, on my own.
