      Overall, ComEd is great to work for. Benefits, compensation, etc. are all very generous. The response to COVID-19 has been top notch too- remote working options, enhanced benefits to support employees/employees' families.

      Very results driven organization which can sometimes miss the people aspect.

      Pros

      Stable work and lots of areas to make an impact. They are always trying to hire their contractors. If you are looking for a stable career, energy is the way to go. The pay is mid but solid.

      Heavy work load, early start times, and company is trying to regress from the hybrid model to a full in person. The pay is mid but solid.
