The salary is great. You can rack up in overtime

Cons

The managers are horrible. One is a dictator and doesn't know how to talk to people. All she does is try to find something to write you up on. She doesn't like intelligent black women. She feels threatened by them

Pros

Stable work and lots of areas to make an impact. They are always trying to hire their contractors. If you are looking for a stable career, energy is the way to go. The pay is mid but solid.

Cons

Heavy work load, early start times, and company is trying to regress from the hybrid model to a full in person. The pay is mid but solid.
