Pros
* Best training process I have experienced. * Probably the nicest call center I have ever seen. * Location is amazing. * My manager is awesome. * I learn something new every day. My review is probably a little subjective because I have had several back-to-back bad experiences with other employers. Everything here though seems well thought through. The recruiting/interview process was professional and it was exciting meeting the people who grew this business. Everyone was very friendly from day one and I honestly enjoy getting up for work here.

* Lots of unique processes that are a little hard to learn.
