Pros
The coworkers were great, made great friends
Cons
Benefits were expensive for a wellness provider employees didn't get a fraction of what they offered clients as an EAP provider. All about call volume, did not follow through on promises. Most staff took lunch outside because they didn't want to be inside. Atmosphere was negative and lacked motivation. These are just a few issues.
