Pros
I'm sure it is a fit for some people and if you can keep your head down and mouth shut and don't mind going home two or three times a year you can make a living.
Cons
Ownership changes and management changes have lead to a bloated office and high turn over. Long waits on phone for everything. Very cult like environment.
