Physically draining - HVAC Install Helper Comfort Experts Employee Review

If you’re a beginner avoid this company at all cost. You’ll be put with leads who constantly lose helpers because they suck at what they do. At the current company I’m in right now we do full installs with plenum, coil etc. And we finish in a couple hours, while at this company we took 11 hours to change out a furnace and coil. I look back at it now since And I’m super happy and thankful I left this garbage company. Also you’ll never get sleep because of how long it takes to do an install. I can’t imagine how it would have been like working in the summer
