Great mission and vision-- dedicated to helping and reaching the highest need students in Milwaukee and connecting them to career preparation through service-learning and training. Many students are ultimately placed in a paid internship, which seemed to be the most beneficial to their development.
Cons
Small organization that has a lot on its plate for grant reporting and requirements, under-developed management systems that can lead to poor follow-through by staff.
