Pros
-A good jumping point to any competitor's company. The younger colleague that comes, the faster he / she is away.
-Good location in the centre of the city with very good public traffic services
-Post-office and supermarket in the same place
-Benefits: meal tickets, relax tickets, 6 sick days, contribution to pension insurance; team- buildings and other events like Christmas party, boat trip,etc.
Cons
- Uncredibly poor indoor air quality in the overcrowded offices
- No windows that can be opened for the majority of the staff due to the building attributes
- High concentration of CO2, the air is often stale and stuffy
- Dry air = low humidity, even under 30%, followed by ocular discomfort
- Air pollution, probably caused by HVAC ( Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems and its components (such as air filters, air ducts ) and their improper maintenance
- High temperature in summer (+27°C and sometimes more). Air-co was often broken
- Even plants and flowers are not able to survive, especially in the offices faced to atrium
- WC and kitchen without ventilation;
- No promotion (no salary growth) possible except for the friends (girlfriends) of managers
