- Uncredibly poor indoor air quality in the overcrowded offices - No windows that can be opened for the majority of the staff due to the building attributes - High concentration of CO2, the air is often stale and stuffy - Dry air = low humidity, even under 30%, followed by ocular discomfort - Air pollution, probably caused by HVAC ( Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems and its components (such as air filters, air ducts ) and their improper maintenance - High temperature in summer (+27°C and sometimes more).
