New leadership has brought stronger direction, sharper messaging, and improvements to the customer journey as the company scales. Across Sales, EPD, RevOps, and CS, the team is deeply customer-centric and incredibly responsive. It's incredible to see how quickly folks are able to collaborate and execute here.
