Low paying, no real benefits. Avoided human resources issues in a timely manner. Often overlooked hands on experience with the product to chase what they mistakenly thought was the problem to their own detriment. Unclear management structure. Overall better than a lot of places, but slow to act when sometimes serious employee issues arose.
