      Pros

      The pay is pretty decent. That’s pretty much why I was there.

      Cons

      The unit I am on seems to be really cliquey. I don’t know if it’s burnout, or a general dissatisfaction with the job but others can be rather pessimistic. The communication is TERRIBLE here! It’s like no one communicates and things are so disorganized. Treated as disposable. Doesn’t allow you to use any professional creativity (ie. How you interact with patients), etc. Passion for the work is dimmed by a toxic work environment. I wouldn’t recommend this place to others.
