If you are not a provider - you are not valued in any way - Surgery Scheduler CommonSpirit Health Employee Review

Pros

It's a paycheck when you're in need. They are always hiring so it's not hard to get a position...in the non-clinical side of positions. The health insurance was relatively ok.

Cons

They don't value any employees below a "Provider" status. They do not take HR complaints seriously. When employees go to HR about harassment and bullying, nothing is done. There is a quick interview with the complainant and zero follow-up. The pay, unless it's a provider status, is below any livable wage. So many people have 2-3 side jobs just to survive. If you are a provider and looking for a job - it's supposedly a good place to work. If you are not a provider, look at other companies. Even when the disassociation happens, it would be surprising if it gets better.
