Pros

Some of my co-workers were fantastic to work with. I think the others have just been disillusioned by this company and their lack of care. The benefits were AWESOME! But my mental health is more important than benefits.

Cons

For a company whose slogan is "hello humankindness," some of the leaders here do not care what is happening in their departments. Bureaucracy abounds throughout the organization and HR either doesn't know what's happening or doesn't care. They do an annual MyCulture survey but no one cares if the results are horrible (and many of us didn't tell the full truth because we worry about confidentiality). You should run from this organization.

Great healthcare benefits overall through out the network

Pay is not up to market level which, some departments can be heavily understaffed
