Pros

Treated fairly well, ok benefits EXCEPT HEALTH PLANS, some other health systems pay better but it isn’t the worst, leadership is hit or miss, we are very patient oriented.

Cons

I agree with several other rvws. Our health insurance options are horrid. What I pay out of pocket, my out of pocket when I get care and the hoops I have to jump through are a joke. Don’t ever travel because the coverage is total crap too. You expect us to sit at home when we aren’t working??? Retirement benefits could be better.
