It was a lot of work.

The publisher definitely has a benevolent vision of what it wants to bring to audiences: neutrally reported and in-depth reports. It is one of a few publishers in Taiwan that still invest in investigative journalism and international stories. In a declining media landscape, it still insists the quality of its journalism.

The turnover rate is incredibly high, much due to the misunderstanding among different departments and lack of communication, which causes lots of inefficiencies around the work.
