1) Supervision is blurred between AVP (LCSW) and program director (LMSW), which hinders supervision quality. 2) Program director is condescending and micromanages. You have to share an office with her which makes things worse. 3) Disorganized workplace and no formal orientation/training. They claim they need a social worker but actually want an orderly for the program director.
