Great middle management. Good team culture. Interesting line of work. Some autonomy over work we complete as a team. Reasonable work/life balance with hybrid working.
Cons
Agile working environment - makes promotions hard to come by. No budget for professional development. They've become stricter on office attendance & are tracking how many days you go in - I often feel like I'm back in school.
