so much internal politics they play, Just TL Rules - Office Worker Communication Crafts Employee Review

when i have joined 2 year ago, all things were different, then some things came to know that " Rules are not same for all, TL can come late, not you, they can sleep as like no one is watching him/her, but you gets all the time workload. TL rules like they orders and them-self enjoys, TL can do time adjustment because HR team have close relation. these things are happens there, they plays more politics than modi, LOL, can't work here.
