Pros

Overtime available. Build relationships with service recipients.

Cons

They don't listen to staff. Getting a raise is like pulling teeth. They expect you to go above and beyond but don't even communicate with in home staff. You're very overworked and underpaid. If you don't pick up extra hours they will find a way to fire you. And leave the other staff scrambling to do anything but work. Don't expect to have a family or social life. There are people in the office who do not listen to staff concerns brush them off and when it's said staff is overworked they've said "no one wants to work" as the reason they can't hire or keep employees.

Pros

Getting to work with some of the sweetest and funniest clients

Cons

The management here is an absolute joke! There's little to no communication and what little communication there is, is management calling and screaming at employees who actually work in the homes. The PC's rarely if ever work in the homes at all and would rather shuffle employees around regardless of whether they have lives outside of the company. Multiple negligent offenses have been committed and very quickly hushed up and employees threatened if they continue to talk about it.
