Pros
Coworkers are great people, hardworking, kind, and make the job what it is.
Cons
Management is extremely poor, creating a hostile and uncomfortable work environment.
Management consistently belittles staff and undermines the importance of our roles. On several occasions, my job security was threatened without just cause, which led to ongoing stress and uncertainty. Communication is nearly non-existent—95% of the time, there is no guidance or feedback, and when management does communicate, it’s often aggressive and targeted.
Favoritism and office politics are rampant, leaving little room for fairness or growth. There are almost no opportunities for advancement, and the pay is far below industry standards. Many colleagues in the same role were earning significantly more than I was, despite doing the same or even less work.
Work-life balance is practically non-existent. If you hold a license, I strongly recommend seeking employment elsewhere. If you are not in management’s favor, you will be pushed out regardless of your performance. Complaints about these issues are ignored, leaving employees feeling unsupported and undervalued.
I enjoyed the work, but could not stay due to the management.
