One of the things I liked about community Based care is that I always felt very supported by my supervisor. As long as you do your job, ask questions if you need help you'll be fine. It's a good company and they want the best for their consumers and staff.

All of these roles would be separate at a different company with a salary of its own but here you will wear all these hats and barely make 50k.
