Pros

None to name. This place has no redeemable qualities for employees and or clients.

Cons

This agency is outright chaos. A majority of those left are looking for a way out. Clients are seeing right through the chaos and are also leaving. Leadership is a faulty word for those at the helm. Being here is a game of survival, and it is one of the most dreadful jobs I have ever had. Everyone is treading water and trying to keep clients afloat. Do not waste your time here, your are guaranteed disappointment.

Pros

Community Boost is a genuinely mission-driven agency with an incredible client base. Working with nonprofits that are actively making a positive impact in the world makes the day-to-day work feel meaningful, not just transactional. The team is smart, supportive, and deeply values collaboration, growth, and doing right by clients. Leadership truly cares about both client outcomes and employee development, and there’s a strong sense of shared purpose across the organization. It’s an especially great environment for people who want to grow quickly, take on real responsibility, and learn how a modern, values-driven agency operates.

Cons

The company has grown very quickly, and with that can come moments where systems and processes need to catch up. That said, it’s a normal tradeoff in a fast-growing agency and rarely detracts from the overall experience.

Pros

The clients are great and the work is amazing--you get to support some great orgs and causes. The account folks and specialists are all driven, intelligent, kind people.

Cons

Upper management is dysfunctional beyond belief. Lots of turnover and burnout directly caused by mismanagement. Tons of words with no actions to back it up.
