Pros
The company has a solid benefits program
Cons
The company is not about staff which leads to poor client care. The company will have you believe that they have data to prove how well they are doing when it comes to client success. The reality is that it could be better. This attributed to being severely understaffed and treating staff more as finite resource than human beings. Staff are expected to perform client care for successful exits yet they are not given the proper support to ensure those successes. Senior leadership, all the way to the top, are severely disconnected as to what the boots on street are dealing with on day-to-day shifts. There is a clique of people within leadership that fosters a very toxic environment with those below them. People are promoted at fast-paced rate, especially those who are considered "yes people", while given little to no support to be successful. The belief is, just keep things off of senior leaderships plates and you will be successful. Staff development is a very weak area. Enabling of bad behaviors of staff and clients, showing favoritism within both arenas is another issue.
