-They boast about wanting to give you lots of professional development training, but when you request it, there’s no budget for it.
-They make you hire unqualified people
-The specialists are supposed to support you, but in reality they bark orders all the time and run to your supervisor to rattle at the slightest chance you did something wrong.
-They don’t care about their staff, whether it be admin or teaching staff.
-There is no room for advancement or growth
-Unfair hiring practices
-Due to the non-profit nature, there are no regular raises.
