They went through 2 CTOs who had crazy idea's. Like how about 500MB XML files or a Meta-Meta database with relationships in Active Directory. I spoke up and told the CEO to go DNN as it was legal to rebrand it. 3 years after I left they took my advice.

Great bunch of people, relaxed atmosphere, health focused, open office with music to keep you motivated, very agile - learnt alot

Releases constant, ever changing structure and processes, uncertainty to of company funding, crazy requirements schedule/timeline, under defined and changing functionality that resulted in lots of rework
