Pros
There are many smart, compassionate people working here. Benefits are good but would like other healthcare options. Pay is good for most staff members.
Cons
1. The pay could be better for support staff (claims, clerks, coordinators and customer care). California's minimum wage will soon match ours. 2. Only one health plan available. 3. Human Resources, get everything in writing when dealing with them. 4. No telecommuting.
