Feels increasingly more corporate, patients get admitted for things that can be done outpatient or for symptoms that have resolved, extra shift incentives slashed to very little, yet constantly short-staffed due to turnover rate and the fact that we don’t defer patients even when patient-staff safety ratios are imbalanced.
