Pros
Plenty of work. Constantly hiring and growing. Learned a lot about accounting and medical world. Benefits are alright. Pay is higher than most places from North Port to Sarasota. Lots of potential to change departments or grow upwards into management. Fridays is casual/Jean Day. Lots of functions outside like Employee picnic, Thanksgiving lunch, Halloween cubical contest, Christmas decorating. Center closes early for Holidays at 2pm. You work at your own desk, you can decorate how you like, business casual attire.
Cons
Over-time. You will be worked to death unless they tell you No Overtime. Stressful environment. Community Health Systems took over a year or two ago and is implementing lots of changes. Location is good for local people, but some commute 30-40 miles one way. Management is clueless. Training only recently got better. Communication can be poor at times. Vacation time is accrued, not given. When you use up your 40 hours, you need to accrue it back again every paycheck.
