Pros
So many nurses employed by this hospital are new grads, it is very easy to get a management job, there are so few to pick from and nobody wants to work for this company anyway.
Cons
Lower salaries, low retention, HR is so important these days and we need to have syrong leadership there, and we dont!!!!!!
