Cant speak for the Corporate offices, but from a Hospital perspective, the biggest problem with being a CHS employee is CHS. The local facilities try to succeed in spite of CHS Corporate. CHS ties the hands of local administrators and then lends little to no support. Any success your facility has in in spite of CHS
