Considerable variety of hardware and software in all areas, extensive number of teams, large number of facilities around the US, and odd enough are huge turnover in Full Time Employees
Cons
CHS only wants 2 years from their full time employees but this is convenient since two years is all that most people stay. Incredible amount of politics at all levels of employment. No internal promotion available at any time
