      Amazing educated and compassionate nurses and staff who come together to care for patients and each other.

      Cons

      Money focused system No support for nurses Do not see management until there is a “problem” Break emtala daily in their free standing ERs Staff nurses have more education and experience then managers Never enough equipment or the right either to properly care for patients
