Pay scale is ridiculous. I have 8 employees and they all do the same thing, but their pay range is between $5.00 high or low. Plus, they make you use 2 days of PTO (vacation leave) prior to using your sick time. So I have like 400 hours of sick time I cannot use unless I'm off work for more than 2 days.
