CHS hospital bills free when CHS facility utilized for insurance-approved stay, radiology, labs (provider fees not free even if CHS-employed providers)
Cons
Infrequent (and depending on job/status may be none) raises to compensate for cost of living increases. Raises are incremental based on annual review, not across the board COL. PRN rates have not increased in >10yr at all. 401k-must contribute 6% to receive 3% match. Match % does not increase for yrs of service.
