The company is not doing well financially. In the middle of lawsuits (as always) and people coming in make a lot more than loyal employees that have been there for years. In one year this company lost over 953 million in lawsuits. Not a lot of room for advancement, although when the opportunity is available they do try to promote from within. The SSC rarely makes bonus. Anyone that says pay is competitive is a new hire. ABSOLUTELY NO COST OF LIVING RAISES!!! Maximum raise you get....3 percent of annual salary because 3.5 percent is NOT attainable.
