CHAA is a great place to work. They value work/life balance. Staff are allowed to work remotely.

Almost, if not all, decisions need to go through the executive director.

The staff that do the work at CHAA are amazing. I learned so much from them. They truly care for the clients and the agency. I stayed for a long time because I love my colleagues and the work we did. I am still in touch with many of them and they are important people to me.

I left because of the Executive Director. He has very toxic management and people skills. To compensate for that, he has maneuvered things so he has all the power and no accountability to anyone. He is both the Executive Director (ED) and Board President. I had to accept that as long as he had those roles, I would not be able to truly support and grow CHAA.
