Pros
I enjoy the broad spectrum of projects we are serving. It's very rewarding to help clients implement their great ideas. The work environment is collaborative with a staff and management who care deeply about the work that we're doing. Team is very supportive of each other.
Cons
Past turnover was difficult but the work that has been done to improve systems and assemble the right team will serve us well in the future.
