Hybrid/flexible schedule is a huge plus for work/life balance. Opportunities to learn and grow from other legal professionals and disciplines while doing meaningful work, People here are kind, entirely different from private firms where it can be cutthroat competitive, Also participates in federal loan forgiveness so has been a win for offsetting my student loan payment.

Like most non-profits the pay is slightly less than the private sector but makes up for it with the hybrid schedule and benefits.

Good benefits, pto/sick time. Very friendly people.

Not a lot of structure in program.
