there are no good reasons unless you are part of "their family" they offer medical, dental, vacation, paid holidays and PTO
Cons
family member(s), they let you leave early sometimes and pay you for the missed hours worked, you get paid on the first and fifteenth so it looks like you make more money than you really do.
