Cons
Management really only cares about themselves and are out of touch with what is going on with employees and clients. Employees and supervisors care caddy and highly unprofessional making statements that could be interpreted as sexist, racist and basically middle school drama. Coworkers and supervisors will go out of their way to avoid working with somebody that confronts them about the inappropriate behavior such as yelling, "tattling" on activities that are common practice with their buddy supervisors, and refusing to work with coworkers that they are "mad" at. Management is unprofessional, degrading, borderline emotionally/verbally abusive. Seriously unhealthy atmosphere to be working in. No raises or promotions
