Pros
CommVault is an excellent place to work. Management has your back and they are always open to any questions you may have. It is a growing company and opportunities within the company are plentiful. CommVault leadership has the customer experience as a priority and that trickles down to all employees which is part of what makes the company such a great one for employees and customers.
Cons
Management needs to ensure they are in unison and continue to work together for the common goal, which is to never stop improving.
