Pros
A fun and flexible culture - our people are outstanding! We work hard and also know how to have a laugh at the same time. I am very fortunate to work with team mates that I continually learn from. My leader is a "think outside the box" guy that continually inspires me to do my best. In APAC we truly support and care about each other. In my case, I had a serious health issue and a major operation. I received incredible support from my colleagues that I work with locally and remotely. Commvault purchased equipment to enable me to work effectively when I was in recovery and even came to my home to set it up.
Cons
We are going through a transformation phase in our business due to our growth slowing. However, this comes with an exciting change agenda that management are driving across the business.
